Tuesday Momentum Spark: ATWT ready to Light the Fuse?

Good morning members!
Today I have a pick that I think could have momentum potential written all over it.  ATWEC Technologies (read the Full Company info Below) has been on the radar of many sub penny traders for quite some time in my opinion, and over the last few weeks, has traded on light volume for gains of 100%+ on multiple occasions.
Currently ATWT sits at $0.0001 and after looking at how this has traded, I think this could be a ticker that may have strong upside potential.  Back in December, ATWT moved up 100% on less than 30 million shares and at levels like these, that incredibly low volume had a big effect on overall momentum.
Fundamentally, I think ATWT has created a model to not only help children but to do it through a patented, life-saving technology.  Read the full report below and make sure to keep up on my social feed for more up to the minute alerts and market coverage!

ATWEC Company Overview

ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (“Around the World Educating Children”) is a child safety company, headquartered in Memphis, TN, that develops, markets, and sells a unique line of hi-tech safety and security devices designed specifically for the transportation industry. Children left on day-care buses, vans, and school buses, a recurring and potentially deadly situation, occur across the country every month. The Company has spent time and effort in Lobbying and pushing legislative change in Louisiana and Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County.

ATWT has taken an active role in, and has benefited from, sweeping statewide legislation designed to protect children. Certain states now require the exact safety devices that the Company sells, while imposing fines and other penalties for organizations that do not follow these requirements. This development has caused a substantial increase in demand for the Company’s products and services in 2012.

According to ATWT, different warm-weather US states are mandating increased childcare safety rules & compliance, and requiring schools and day care centers to install safety alarms on their vehicles. ATWT has cited specific legislation in many states, including Tennessee, Louisiana and Georgia, mandate voice-activation and ignition-based systems, which fall under the protection of the Company’s patent.

ATWEC expressed that it has already seen inquiries and orders from centers in Louisiana, Georgia, Texas, and Miami-Dade County in Florida. This continues to fuel the increase in child safety advocacy and the advent of new products like the Kiddie WatchTM consumer product (designed for car seats, which can be used in any vehicle).

The Kiddie SystemsTM product line also includes Kiddie VoiceTM, and Kiddie AlertTM. The suite of products was developed to ensure safety and security during the transport of children in day care vans and school buses.

Kiddie Voice(TM)

Kiddie VoiceTM Child Reminder System designed for all School Buses and Vans which forces the driver to the rear of  the bus to check for passengers and reset the system. This system is activated after the ignition has been turned off.  An electronic “voice” message begins to remind the driver to check the vehicle. Kiddie VoiceTM is protected by patent no. US 7,646,288 B2 “Occupant Warning System for School or Day Care Bus and Van”.

 Kiddie Alert(TM)

Kiddie AlertTM Commercial Voice Warning Backup System has a loud volume for SUVs, Vans, and Buses which will help prevent accidental back overs. A piercing sound followed by an electronic message begins each time the vehicle is placed into reverse. Offering these inexpensive solutions could drastically reduce the amount of injuries and deaths of children.

Trading with Candlesticks

Candlesticks portray who controlled the trading for the period. Buyers controlling the trading are depicted as bull candlesticks, usually white. Sellers leading the trading results in bear candlesticks, which are colored. The length of bullish candlesticks depends on how much control the buyers had for the day. If the body of the candle is empty or white, it means that the close was higher than the open. When there is a stretch of consecutive white/empty candlesticks, a bullish pattern is reflected. The next component of a candlestick that needs to be looked at is the “shadows” which are the lines that extend from the top and bottom of the body.

The end of the top shadow is the high for the day, and the end of the bottom shadow is the low. The relationship between the period’s open, high, low and close are all factors in the look of each candlestick. For example, if there is a short upper shadow attached to a white body, this shows that the close was near the high of the day, which results in a bullish candlestick. This is portrayed by the fourth candlestick in the picture. In the case of the colored candlestick underneath it, it shows that the opening price was very close to the high of the day. Candlesticks can quickly display important statistics for each stock and can help investors become more efficient when researching companies.

Solar Stocks Making Strides for 2013-XSNX ready to roll !

XSNX Ready to Shine Bright in 2013!

Good morning members and Happy New Year! Today XSunX, Inc. released its first Business Update of the year outlining the goals and milestones set for early 2013. Mr. Tom Djokovich, CEO of XsunX, Inc., reaffirms how the company has come a long way over the past few months and expresses how XSNX has been able to set-itself apart from other silicon cell manufacturers through the use of its CIGSolar system.  Read more below:

CIGSolar Calibration Progress Update

Good Morning and Happy New Year,

We hope the holidays were great for everyone. Here at XsunX, we invested significant time over the holidays working with the CIGSolar® evaporator and got a lot accomplished. Our goal has been to complete the initial calibration as soon as possible and it looks as if we can achieve that goal as soon as this coming weekend.

The crucibles, which are the “make it or break it” aspect to quality co-evaporation films, have been delivering excellent results. This achievement is not as simple as it sounds.  In order to function correctly the crucible heaters, insulation, and nozzles have to each perform to exacting specifications so that each atom of the various metals leaving each crucible retains sufficient energy to deposit correctly onto the substrates. The good news is that the design is working according to plan and we anticipate producing good quality CIGS and CIS films in the near future.

A lot of hard work and effort has gone into our recent accomplishments and while getting to this point has not been easy, or as quick as all of us would have liked, we are excited about these promising results. Our plan has been to deliver to the solar industry a cost-effective alternative to the use of traditional silicon solar cells. Given silicon’s current broad use in the market and the fact that operating margins for silicon manufacturers have plummeted to near zero, both our customers and we believe this plan is targeting the right market place at the right time.

To achieve the goals we set for 2012 was not easy.  In a challenging environment, we had to look at how to accomplish objectives in ways that are more creative and without the aid of hundreds of millions of dollars or hundreds of employees (which in some instances proved not to be the key to success for some now defunct thin film technologies that did have these resources). The successful purpose of these efforts has been to complete the CIGSolar® evaporator and move towards delivering a marketable technology while adapting to the new market realities.

Thanks for your time and support, wishing you a very prosperous New Year, and we look forward to announcing the successful production of good quality CIGS and CIS films in the near future.

In my opinion, XSunX may be setting the stage for even bigger developments during the early part of 2013 and will be something that I am making sure to watch closely not only over the next several days but also through the upcoming weeks of the New Year. There’s already been a lot of movement on the pre-market Level 2 this morning and 2013’s first day of market open could show strong breakout potential to kick-off the New Year.
